Catrin

Business Coach

Catrin has always been fascinated by human behaviour and helping organisations and people to reach their personal best. Her keen interest in coaching and mentoring stems from her 25-year career in the NHS as a senior manager. Having left the NHS, she sought to further extend her skills, qualifying with a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge. Prior to this, she completed her MSc in Healthcare Management from Manchester Business School which focused on leadership, organisational behaviour, managing change and collaborative working. At the time, she was leading a clinical network that included change management across complex large organisations and across boundaries involving the public and private sphere as well as UK charities. Leading through influence rather than formal authority, she developed sustainable relationships by helping small teams to identify their own goals and improve their own area of clinical operations. On a more individual level, she has coached and mentored several professionals over the years by providing safe and confidential spaces to help people realise their potential and meet their personal and professional goals. She has witnessed individuals who have grown and thrived as a result of coaching as it has transformed their approaches to their lives and work.
