Zsofia

Zsofia Toth is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Management at a leading Russell Group university in the UK. Besides her academic work she offers business coaching to professionals and companies. She obtained her Coaching Diploma from the University of Cambridge and is member of the Association for Coaching. Her areas of interest are professional development, network- and innovation management and organisational attractiveness. She was awarded with PhD from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, where her PhD thesis focused on organizational attractiveness and networks. She has extensive teaching experience in Business-to-Business Marketing, Product Innovation Management and other subjects at different levels, including an MBA Programme in Singapore. Her research focuses on the development of buyer-supplier relationships and networks with special regards to customer/supplier attractiveness, social capital, tension management as well as digital service innovation. She has published in several internationally known business journals, presented at international conferences and workshops across 4 continents, and worked in the creation of positive impact, especially in supporting small- and medium-sized firms to improve their attractiveness for business collaborations.
